SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders with us will be processed in 1-3 business days. Keep an eye out for a confirmation email once you’ve placed your order. Quick note: we don’t ship on weekends & holidays.

Shipping Rates

We’ll ship across the United States. All shipments are a flat rate of $5.50.

Back Orders

Sometimes products with our suppliers are temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we’ll ship you the part of your order that’s in stock and the rest when it becomes available. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged for any additional shipping and handling costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Return & Refund Policy

We believe in the quality and durability of our products. That’s part of the reason why we started Mavryk—to curate all our favorite high-quality brands in one place. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can reach us via email—we want to make it right. 

We accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days after you’ve received your order. Do your best to return the way you received it (tags attached, send in/with original packaging, send items unused please). If there are any issues, we’ll reach out to resolve them.
